Unfortunately during the last days before the dead-line many of you faced problems uploading your proposals due to an extraordinary number of users at the web-site at the same time. We inform you that the dead-line for editing and completing application forms of already registered users has been postponed until midnight between November, 3 and November, 4 (Moscow time).
